The Scitos touch package

Containing nodes meant to be run on the touch screen of a Scitos A5 robot. Currently containing an rqt plugin rqt_emergency_stop to disable and reenable the motors of a Scitos robot. After installation it should be availbale in the rqt plugins menu.
